Terms & Conditions Mamibet — Complete Platform User Guide

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mamibet platform, including the website mamibet.me, the Mamibet mobile app for Android and iOS, and all related services provided by Mamibet to its members. This document constitutes a valid and binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and Mamibet as the platform operator ("Mamibet", "we", "platform").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature on the Mamibet platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your agreement is given consciously and voluntarily, and you acknowledge that you have been given sufficient opportunity to read and fully understand these terms before doing so.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with Mamibet's Privacy Policy and Mamibet's Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which together form the complete agreement between the member and the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion or game, the specific terms applicable to that promotion or game shall take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions for the matter in conflict only.

To register and use Mamibet's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years of age on the account registration date.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of any other person or corporate entity.
• You register only one account only and have never previously held an active, suspended, or closed Mamibet account.
• You are not prohibited by any law or regulation personally applicable to you from participating in online betting activities.
• You provide accurate, current, and truthful personal information during registration — not false details or those belonging to another person.
• You do not represent or work for any competitor or other betting platform that has interests conflicting with Mamibet.

When registering a Mamibet account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested by the platform. Verify your account via the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered phone number.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Mamibet will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, WhatsApp, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the Mamibet support team immediately via 24/7 live chat.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information in your account is always accurate and up to date. Your account name must match the name of the bank account or eWallet holder used for deposits and withdrawals. Any discrepancy in information may result in delays or rejection of withdrawal requests.

Mamibet accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed in MYR (RM) only:

You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from another person's account are strictly prohibited. Mamibet is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect details entered during the deposit process.

Mamibet does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are outside Mamibet's control. Mamibet only accepts MYR (RM) and does not support any other currency.

Members may request a withdrawal from their Mamibet account at any time, subject to the following conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered in your name.

The standard processing time for withdrawals is under 10 minutes for eWallets (TNG, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and between 10–30 minutes for bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX. Withdrawals made during peak hours may take slightly longer but will not exceed 2 hours under normal circumstances.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered under the same name as your Mamibet account.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be "played through" the rollover requirement.
• Your original deposit (not bonus credits) can be withdrawn at any time, with no rollover requirements.
• Mamibet reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount as a security measure.
• Withdrawals to destinations outside Malaysia or in currencies other than MYR are not accepted.

All bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, and special offers provided by Mamibet are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions that apply to all Mamibet bonuses are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus is exclusively for new members making their first deposit and may only be claimed once for the lifetime of the account.
• All bonus credits have rollover requirements (wagering requirement) that must be met before winnings from those credits can be withdrawn.
• Unused bonus credits that are not utilised within the specified validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting) will expire automatically without any compensation.
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time, except for the weekly cashback, which runs automatically.
• Mamibet reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, hedging techniques, or betting strategies designed to meet rollover requirements at near-zero risk — will result in all bonuses being voided and the account being closed.

Mamibet offers a wide range of games including video slots, live casino, Table Games, and Sports Betting. All games are operated in accordance with industry-standard rules and all game outcomes are final. The following general rules apply to all games on Mamibet:

• All digital games use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) — game outcomes cannot be manipulated by Mamibet or any third party.
• Any technical disruption such as an internet disconnection during an active game will not affect the final outcome of that game — results will be saved and credited once the connection is restored.
• In the event of a technical error in the system that affects the outcome of a game, Mamibet reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the original stake to the member.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, using automated software (bots), or engaging in any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or table are clearly displayed before you join. Mamibet reserves the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice.

Mamibet's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports and events, including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, cricket, badminton, e-sports, and more. The following specific terms apply to all Sports Betting activity on Mamibet:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified unless Mamibet decides to void a specific event or market.
• If a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the stipulated time, all bets for that event will be refunded to members at odds of 1.00 unless stated otherwise.
• Mamibet reserves the right to void or adjust any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to technical or human error.
• Any bet suspected of being placed on the basis of inside information or match fixing will be voided immediately, and the accounts involved will be frozen pending further investigation.
• For live (in-play/live betting) wagers, outcomes determined by the system after a bet is confirmed are final, even if the actual event unfolds differently due to streaming delays.

The security of your Mamibet account is a shared responsibility between Mamibet and you as a member. Mamibet uses 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect all communications and transactions. On your part, the following responsibilities must be upheld:

• Do not share your password or account login details with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your Mamibet account settings for an added layer of security.
• Log out of your Mamibet account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity in your account to Mamibet immediately.

Mamibet is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. That said, Mamibet is committed to investigating every security report seriously and taking appropriate remedial action as promptly as possible.

Mamibet reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Confirmation that information provided during registration is false or inaccurate.
• Detection of more than one account linked to the same individual, phone number, or IP address.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Acceptance of a claim that a user is under 18 years of age.
• Requests from legitimate legal authorities.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, Mamibet reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact the Mamibet support team via live chat. Any valid balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Mamibet provides the platform on an "as is" basis and endeavours to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times. However, Mamibet does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or achieve 100% uptime at all times.

Mamibet is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting activity on the platform.
• Losses resulting from internet disruptions, device failures, or technical issues beyond Mamibet's control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Errors or inaccuracies in information provided by third parties, such as odds providers or game providers.

Mamibet is strongly committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Mamibet platform provides a range of tools and resources to help members manage their activity and identify signs of problem gambling early:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time — increases require a 24–48 hour cooling-off period.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Suspend access to your account for 24 hours, a week, or a month — no questions asked.
• Long-Term Self-Exclusion: If you need a longer break, contact Mamibet support to activate a self-exclusion period of 6 months or more.
• Activity History: View your full betting, deposit, and withdrawal history at any time through your Mamibet account.
